Regarding the inappropriate acquisition of information in certification projects based on the Next-Generation Medical Infrastructure Act (Follow-up Report)
The Life Data Initiative, a general incorporated association, and NTT DATA Corporation submitted a report to the relevant government ministry on October 4th of this year regarding inappropriate acquisition of information in a certified project based on the Next Generation Medical Infrastructure Act, and today received a guidance document regarding this matter.
We take this guidance very seriously and will thoroughly implement measures to prevent similar incidents from happening again, as well as conduct necessary reviews to ensure a safe and secure certification program.
We will continue to respond sincerely to all stakeholders, including patients, medical institutions, and data users.
