We have many other medical institutions participating.
The DB is centered on special function hospitals that provide advanced medical care, and secures not only primary areas but also specialty areas such as rare diseases, intractable diseases, and cancer.
The data collected by the Millennium Medical Record Database is diverse, including receipt data * 1 , DPC data * 2 , and electronic medical record data. As a next-generation medical infrastructure law certified company, it is expected that it will be utilized for the development of national health and drug development based on medical data that integrates this information.
* 1 Receipt data: Medical data obtained from documents submitted by hospitals to claim remuneration such as health insurance from public institutions.
* 2 DPC data: Medical data obtained from the format used to calculate daily medical expenses determined according to the name of the disease and the content of medical treatment.
